These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fortivo, a product of Landmark Business Solutions Inc.("Landmark," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Fortivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Fortivo is

Fortivo is a business intelligence platform that connects to your financial data — starting with QuickBooks Online — to help you understand cash flow, profitability, receivables, payables, and financial trends. Fortivo provides decision-support information only. It is not tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice, and it does not replace a licensed accountant, bookkeeper, attorney, or financial advisor. Always confirm significant financial decisions with a qualified professional.

QuickBooks Online connection

To use most of Fortivo's features, you must connect a QuickBooks Online account that you are authorized to access, using Intuit's own OAuth authorization process. Fortivo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. You are responsible for maintaining the QuickBooks Online subscription required to use that connection.

AI-generated content

Answers and insights generated by Fortivo's AI assistant are produced from your synced QuickBooks data and may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally incorrect. You should treat AI-generated answers as a starting point for your own judgment, not as a final or authoritative answer, and verify anything significant before acting on it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fortivo to access data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the service's operation, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Data

You retain ownership of your business data. We access and store it only as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you.

No warranty

Fortivo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its outputs (including AI-generated content) will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landmark Business Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on information provided by Fortivo, including AI-generated content.

Termination

You may stop using Fortivo and disconnect QuickBooks at any time — see our Disconnect Instructions. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Fortivo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
